Informality – in tax accountancy

Glenn, how informal is your connection and relationship with the people you help, on the whole?

This is an important aspect, clients don’t like to be intimidated by large accountancy firms, solicitors and the like. When they come to me we talk on a friendly basis, we talk about their families, their interests, their hobbies,….

this way I get a broader picture of them and it ends up that many of my clients become friends, so we work together on a very pro-active basis, build a good trust, and get to the bottom of the matter in a much more efficient way, which ends up cheap for them, happy for them and we get the job done.
